Step 2 - Design and Layout

Establish a tuned template and unique site struture

• Design Mockup(s) - number determined by package chosen
  
• Development web site on temporary URL -
  
• Graphics are located and/or designed
• Menus - installed and configured.
  
• Individual Pages are stubbed out
• Features developed and/or installed

Step 3 - Review and Refine

Layout and framework are reviewed and refined

• Final approval and acceptance of overall design

Step 4 - Training and Content

Training meeting (phone/internet or in person) with site maintainers who are going to load the site with content and update it on a regular basis.

• Video based training material
• Web site maintainers add content
• Launch date finalized

Step 5 - Deploy

Web site is moved to production host and URL.

• Announce web site
• Web site is live for members, visitors, and seekers to use
• Web site maintainers regularly update content

Step 6 - Ongoing Service and Support

Any issues that arise are resolved.

• Software fixes and feature updates regularly applied.
• Features added as needed or requested
• Udate CMS as security issues and improvements are available
